Fact Sheets for Families
Because families have concerns about health and safety too, CCHP has developed nearly 40 Fact Sheets for Families. These Fact Sheets cover a wide range of health and safety issues written in easy-to-understand language and tailored to the perspective of families. They are designed to be distributed to families directly by child care providers. Fact Sheets for Families may be downloaded free individually or purchased as a set in hard copy in English or Spanish.
Topics cover a wide range of health and safety issues pertaining to young children and their families in the areas of allergies, brain and behavior health, healthy environment, illnesses and conditions, injury prevention, nutrition and medications, parents' health, poisoning and special needs.
